RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

REFUND POLICY

  • You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a refund. It will take an extra 5–6 days to execute the return if your request is authorised.
  • Your item must be returned in the same brand-new condition that you received it, with all tags still attached, unworn, unused, and unwashed. Additionally needed is the invoice or another kind of proof of purchase. 
  • Once the product is received, the refund will start. It usually takes 4-5 business days for refunds to show up in your original payment method.

Please check your order when it is delivered, and if anything is damaged or defective, contact assistance as soon as possible.
